We wanted a new 3 piece suite and checked various shops. We had such bad service elsewhere when we made the same purchase last time that we took our time in choosing our supplier. BDL stood out from the rest ... not only for their welcome - our dog Charlie was welcomed too. Brownie points for that and dog owners take note - but on their helpfulness and advice. We needed lots of measuring and asked lots of questions over a few days visiting. BDL were patient and were always friendly. The result ....Perfection. We have had delivered today EXACTLY what we wanted and are very delighted. Five stars to the delivery team too.

Definitely recommend Show room staff were helpful but not pushy Good range of products competativley priced Shortest wait time compared to all national retailers Delivery guys the most helpful I have encountered. Its a pain in the backside getting things in and out of my property but nothing was too much trouble Don't go to the big guys and get shafted, shop here

I recently bought a new bed from Essex BDL furnishers which is fantastic. The staff in the store were very helpful and have a lot of knowledge about the products, the delivery men were very polite and they took the bed to the room upstairs. I was very happy with the service from all staff and the delivery was very quick and I will be recommending this store to everyone I know Very pleased thank you
